NHS Scotland Event 2019 – Call For Posters Now Open
11th December 2018
Next year’s NHS Scotland Event is being held on 30 and 31 May at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), Glasgow. The title of the Event is ‘Working Together, Improving Outcomes’.
One of the key features at the Event is the poster exhibition and with over 500 innovative teams and individuals submitting their projects in 2018, this is a networking opportunity not to be missed.
The Poster Exhibition forms an integral part of best practice, learning and sharing at the NHS Scotland Event. Entries will be shortlisted and over 200 successful abstract submitters will be invited to display a poster at this year’s Event.
Poster abstracts should showcase examples of how your work is taking forward the priority areas identified for action in our journey towards 2020 and beyond.
Submissions are welcome from NHS Scotland employees, our voluntary and partner organisations, and other public or private sector organisations on any aspect of work they are undertaking in, with or on behalf of NHS Scotland.
This is a great opportunity to raise awareness of your project, gain recognition, share best practice and make new contacts within NHS Scotland and its partners.
The Call for Posters Guide contains information on the process for submitting an abstract, as well as details on all the poster categories.
The posters will be judged prior to the Event and there will be a winner in each category as well as a winner of the People’s Choice Poster Award to be voted for by the delegates at the Event.
There will also be a Transformational Change Award which will recognise work that is transforming the way care is provided in Scotland. If poster authors want their abstract to be considered for this award, please ensure this is fully illustrated in the abstract.
Please also view the Poster FAQs on the Event website as these will help to answer any queries you may have in relation to the poster process.
