One of the most important resources in NHSScotland is the ingenuity of the workforce. New best practice is constantly being developed at every level and within every speciality of healthcare and it is essential that this innovation is shared with others.
The NHSScotland Poster Exhibition forms an integral part of best practice, learning and sharing at the event. With over 300 innovative teams and individuals submitting their projects last year this is a networking opportunity not to be missed.
This year’s poster exhibition will showcase 120 examples of projects that are happening across NHSScotland to support the delivery of the Healthcare Quality Strategy Ambitions. Abstracts which highlight creative and innovative solutions to improving the quality of healthcare in Scotland are welcome, so use this opportunity to raise awareness of your project, gain recognition, share best practice and make new contacts within NHSScotland.
The call for posters will open on 13 February and the deadline for entries is 20 April. Entries will be shortlisted and 120 posters will be displayed at the event.
We welcome submissions from anyone on any aspect of work they are doing in, with or on behalf of NHSScotland.
The poster categories for 2012 are based on the Healthcare Quality Strategy Ambitions which are Person-centred, Safe and Effective and the supporting Infrastructure and Efficiency strands.
