The judges will score all abstracts between 23 April and 2 May. The events company will email all abstract authors soon after to advise whether their abstract has been successful or unsuccessful.
A list of the successful abstracts will be published on the NHSScotland Event website. If you have been successful, you will be required to design a poster based on your abstract. Poster design guidelines are available.
You will be allocated a poster board at the exhibition. Your poster co-ordinator will advise you of the exhibition details nearer to the event.
Some abstracts may be considered for inclusion in the conference programme as part of a session or teams may be asked to provide a brief presentation on their work. Those selected to be presented in a session will be notified at the earliest possible date.
By submitting an abstract, you have given permission for the Scottish Government to publish the information on its website and/or the event website and in other ways considered appropriate. All materials will be credited to the authors.
The successful abstracts will be judged at the event and there will be a winner in each poster category. Winners will be presented with a trophy and a small prize at the event on 22 June 2012.
