Charles Clement, Vice President of Operations
Charles Clement, Southcentral Foundation’s vice president of operations/chief operating officer, has established a record of accomplishment in the planning and development of information systems, grants, data services, facilities, construction and real estate, and acquisition. He has actively led the development of SCF Nuka Model of Care. He has also represented Southcentral Foundation on various boards and committees, including the Alaska Native Health Board and the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. Charles has spoken nationally and internationally about SCF Nuka Model of Care.
Charles is of Tsimshian and Athabascan descent. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science and a master's in public administration.
